Through this 5-week FREE course, you'll learn how to identify the foods that support your unique body constitution, use food as medicine to balance your body, and understand the Traditional Chinese Medicine holistic approach to health and wellness using food.
Our weekly sessions will take place on Thursdays at 6:00 pm EEST, and we've got some really cool topics lined up for each session.

- May 11th - The 5 Elements Theory
- May 18th - Food Energetics
- May 25th - Eating for your Body Constitution
- June 1st - Seasonal Eating
