TCM Herbal Sachets

This hands-on creative workshop introduces the tradition of TCM sachets, used historically to protect from illness and calm the spirit.

Participants will learn the meaning of the herbs, choose their own blend (mugwort, lavender, peppermint), and assemble their sachet with fabrics and tassels typical of China.

Included:

• Selection of dried herbs (mugwort, lavender, peppermint, citrus peel)
• Fabrics, tassels, thread, and filling material
• Guidance on the therapeutic properties of each ingredient
