This is a group dedicated to Yoga practice.

People of all walks of life and levels are welcome and you will be guided into learning traditional Hatha Yoga straight from the ancient tantric streams of India.

I'm Bodhanidhi (@bodhanidhi) and I was extensively trained in Indian Yoga and authorised to the teach.

You will learn techniques to harmonize body, energy and mind by using postures, breathing and visualisations.
