- People of all walks of life and levels are welcome and you will be guided into learning traditional Hatha Yoga straight from the ancient tantric streams of India.
- I'm Bodhanidhi (@bodhanidhi) and I was extensively trained in Indian Yoga and authorised to the teach.
- You will learn techniques to harmonize body, energy and mind by using postures, breathing and visualisations.
