Traditional Yoga Circle: Relaunch Class Followed by coffee at a local cafe
Join us for the relaunch of Traditional Yoga Circle, a traditional hatha yoga class with Himalayan pranayama (breathwork).
This class is a chance to slow down, ground yourself and reconnect with your body and breath. Through mindful movement, breath practices and meditation, we work to settle the nervous system, quiet the mind and move toward a deeply meditative state.
Classes follow the traditional hatha yoga lineage.
What to expect
Traditional hatha yoga postures, taught with attention to alignment and ease
Himalayan pranayama techniques to calm, steady and recharge
Guided relaxation and meditation to close
