What we're about

Our nonprofit 501(c)3 foundation, Traditional Chinese Medicine World Foundation, founded by Nan Lu, OMD, Grand Master of the Wu Ming Qigong lineage and renowned Chinese medicine expert, inspires individuals to rediscover the body’s healing wisdom. We are a community of individuals that recognizes each of us creates our own reality and healing is in our hands. Our strong, Qigong-based orientation has allowed us to develop unique wellness and professional training programs. We invite health-seekers searching for ways to create a balanced life to learn about our work and discover how we can grow together.

We sponsor an annual holistic health conference in Reston, VA, as well as various in-person and virtual wellness webinars, wellness classes, and trainings for people interested in holistic health and self-healing, acupuncturists as well other integrative practitioners.

The cornerstone of our wellness programs is Qigong - a powerful energy practice that can profoundly heal you in mind-body-spirit. Based on the perspective that all disease has a spiritual purpose, many of our webinars and classes delve not only into classical Chinese medicine but also many Taoist spiritual concepts, 5-Element Theory, eastern nutrition, metabolism function, natural weight loss and stress management, breast cancer prevention, and even quantum healing.

Virtual Zoom Qigong Class: The Dragon’s Way Qigong Program for Total Health

We will meet on a live Zoom call each Saturday and Tuesday morning at 8:00 AM (EDT) for 30 minutes. The sessions will not be available for download or future viewing. Ten select Wu Ming Qigong movements are the cornerstone of this program’s success. When practiced regularly they have the ability to “clean-up” the body and increase overall energy. These powerful qigong movements are easy to do, can be practiced by everyone, and require no special clothing or special breathing technique.
