Meeting in the free public car in Laragh…next to the Woollen Mills… and GAA grounds at 9.30am and on the hike thereafter.
Doing a loop starting out of Laragh free car park, taking in the Brocknagh, Camaderry, drop into Glendalough before Derrybawn and car park.
There will be a mixture of tracks, trails and cross country - Distance: Approx 18km. Ascent of 1,100m
Appropriate hiking gear is always a must on my hikes, hiking boots, poles and gaiters for this one.
Please bring lunch and drinks of your choice.
Coffee afterwards in Glendalough Cafe.
