Liam Mc hike - Glendalough Spinc loop - 19km, Shay Elliott Free Car Park

Meeting at Shay Elliott car park at 9.40am, (use drop pin for exact location), on the trail immediately thereafter. We will hike to Cullentragh, Derrybawn ridge, the Spinc, Miners road walk, Lugduff SE top, Mullacor and return to car park, taking in the lake and a few trails in between. This hike is approx. 5.5hrs & 19km. Ascent of approx. 830m. Appropriate hiking gear is always a must on all of my hikes. This hike will be on tracks and trails and some boggy \ muddy sections. Bring lunch & drinks of your choice.
