Hike to the Brown Mountain Dam Waterfall - Gabrieleno Trail
Details
This hike is so cool! It's a good distance with little elevation gain and it is beautiful.
This hike will take us to the Brown Mountain Dam Waterfall. The hike is an out and back at around 8 miles total with 750 ft. of elevation gain, so not steep! This area of the Angeles National Forest is beautiful so I'm really looking forward to this hike.
There are a lot of shallow water crossings, so please be prepared to get your feet wet. There is also a lot of shade, so it's great on warmer days.
Make sure to bring plenty of water, sunscreen, a hat, snacks, and good hiking boots or shoes!
