Brown's Ranch - The Amphitheatre & Cathedral Rock

Leisurely hike along well groomed trails at Brown's Ranch - Approx 5.5 miles round trip.
We will visit 2 of the best features in the park:

The Amphitheatre is a natural rock formation that resembles a Greek theatre (if you use your imagination). It's a good place to start (or end) your singing career.

Cathedral Rock is another interesting formation with a see through slot; and a grand view. The rock floor still shows an Indian metate.

Though it will be cool; low to mid 50's, the sun is always strong.
So bring plenty of water.
Sturdy hiking shoes, and sun protection; mandatory.
Snacks; good idea.
(Bribing the hike leader with M&Ms; an even better idea)
