Granite Mountain Trailhead - NO WATER at Trailhead

directions - from Scottsdale Road go east on Dynamite Blvd about 8.1 miles (Dynamite Blvd becomes Rio Verde Drive for the last 3 miles), left on 136th Street, go about 2 miles, trailhead parking on left

Difficulty - moderate+
Distance - about 5.5 miles
Duration - about 2.5 hours depending on breaks
Elevation gain - about 300 feet + "rolling hills"

Bring sturdy shoes and water.
