If you are joining for the first time:
The paces we run are quite relaxed, however, if you haven't yet finished a flat 10km in an hour or less, then you may need to do a little training before joining.

우리가 뛰는 속도는 꽤 느긋하지만, 아직 평지에서 10km를 1시간 이내에 완주하지 못했다면, 참가하기 전에 약간의 훈련이 필요할 수 있습니다.

22km, 1000m ascent
For this week's trail running, we'll meet at Bukhansan UI Station Exit 2 (북한산우이역) at 08:30am.

The run will be 21km with 900 meters of elevation. It should take about 4 hours.

We'll run across Uiryeong Gil (우이령길), the private dirt road that crosses the national park.

We'll then run north along Dobongsan Trail and cross the national park again, making a stop at a waterfall along the way then Sapae Mt. peak (사패산 정상).
