If you are joining for the first time:
The paces we run are quite relaxed, however, if you haven't yet finished a flat 10km in an hour or less, then you may need to do a little training before joining.

우리가 뛰는 속도는 꽤 느긋하지만, 아직 평지에서 10km를 1시간 이내에 완주하지 못했다면, 참가하기 전에 약간의 훈련이 필요할 수 있습니다.

31km, 1400m ascent
Start at 08:00: Dobongsan Station, Exit 2

13km, 400m ascent
Start at 11:30: Hwarangdae Station, Exit 3
(1.5 km from Gwanak Station, Line 1)

Today, we will follow the Seoul Trail from it's starting point, passing Suraksan and Buramsan, where we will meet our 12km runners at Hwarangdae Station. From there we will continue along the trail crossing Mangusan and Achasan, finishing up near Gwangnaru Station.
