If you are joining for the first time:
The paces we run are quite relaxed, however, if you haven't yet finished a flat 10km in an hour or less, then you may need to do a little training before joining.

우리가 뛰는 속도는 꽤 느긋하지만, 아직 평지에서 10km를 1시간 이내에 완주하지 못했다면, 참가하기 전에 약간의 훈련이 필요할 수 있습니다.

08:00 start at Seoksu Station, Exit 1 (석수역)

18km, 800m ascent
10:30 start at Sadang Station, Exit 4 (사당역)

Today, we will follow the Seoul Trail from Seoksu Station to Suseo Station, passing Samseongsan, Gwanaksan, and some smaller mountains near the end of the route.
