If you are joining for the first time:
The paces we run are quite relaxed, however, if you haven't yet finished a flat 10km in an hour or less, then you may need to do a little training before joining.

우리가 뛰는 속도는 꽤 느긋하지만, 아직 평지에서 10km를 1시간 이내에 완주하지 못했다면, 참가하기 전에 약간의 훈련이 필요할 수 있습니다.

14km, 500m ascent
Meet at 09:00 Unseo Station (Airport Line), Exit 1 (운서역)

From there we will move to port to catch a ferry to go to the island.
All participants must carry ID or ARC to take the ferry.

We will arrive at the Eastern side of the island, run west and follow the trail west for 8km. We will then run back, stopping by the beach and running some roads to get back to the ferry port.
