Join us for a breathtaking journey along the stunning Seven Sisters Coastal Walk - an iconic UK hike not to be missed!

Swap the city for sea breeze on this iconic 23km cliffside adventure along the Sussex Heritage Coast. Starting in the quiet town of Seaford, we’ll hike the full stretch of the Seven Sisters, tackling rolling hills, dramatic chalk cliffs, and photogenic coastal views. Expect good vibes, salty air, and legs that know they’ve done something. Not for the faint hearted, this hike is a route you must do at least once in your lifetime!

Logistics
📍 Start and End point: London Victoria Station
🕗 Meet: 9 AM sharp inside Victoria Station (outside the Postmark/Tortilla shops)
🕖 Return: approx. 8 PM into London Victoria Station
💸 Cost: £33 (includes train tickets + guided hike)
We will meet at Victoria station at 9 AM to catch the 9:20 AM train to Seaford (around 1h 30m hrs train journey). From Seaford we follow the cliffs all the way to Eastbourne, have lunch on a cliff top on the way, catching the 6:30 PM train back to London. As we will travel on a group train ticket, you are committed to stay with the group until the end (group ticket = group return). We’ll sort tickets and logistics, you just turn up and enjoy 😁

Hike Details

  • Distance: 23 km (14 miles)
  • Grading: Intermediate / Challenging (not beginner friendly)
  • Ascent: 580m (lots of up and downs)
  • Estimated time: 5.5–6.5 hours
  • Route type: Linear (Seaford ➝ Eastbourne)

  • Cuckmere Haven – Winding river valley meets the sea
  • Seven Sisters Cliffs – Iconic ups and downs across chalky ridges
  • Birling Gap – Quick café stop and cliffside breather
  • Belle Tout & Beachy Head – Lighthouses + the highest point on the route
  • Eastbourne Promenade – Flat finish into town, ice cream optional 🍦

### What to Bring

  • Packed lunch and snacks (no food stops en route)
  • 1.5–2L of water
  • Sun protection, hat, windproof/waterproof layers
  • Comfortable hiking boots
  • Camera, friends, and good vibes

Yes, please! We’ll wrap it up at a local Eastbourne pub where you can buy your well-earned pint (and some cheesy chips).
