Table Mountain is my backyard, and I spend most weekends exploring it.
If you enjoy trail running and want to see some less touristy parts of Table Mountain and surrounds, join me on a run this weekend.
I mostly decide the final route a few days before, but something around 10-15km and around 800-1000m elevation gain.
Regardless, the routes will all be fairly rocky and technical underfoot.
Beginners welcome, happy to go slower, just keep in mind the time spent in the mountain will just be much longer then (always a good thing).
