Trail & Table #3: In search of Flavour, Place and Craft

Details
For our third gathering, we’ll follow the trail—by bike or on foot—toward a local roaster, brewery, or winemaker’s space. The destination is still in the works, but the spirit of the event is clear: we’ll share a drink, hear a story, and get a closer look at how care and craft shape what we taste.
This won’t be a big crowd or a noisy bar scene. It’s a slow roll into something more grounded—something made with intention, by hand, here in Spokane.
As we move through the afternoon, hold this question:
What makes a place feel alive to you?
Let it shape the way you listen, sip, and notice—how the space feels, how the maker speaks, and how your body responds.
Bring:
— A bike or walking shoes
— Curiosity and questions
— A little room for something warm or cold in a cup or glass
RSVP to stay in the loop once the destination is confirmed.
This is about presence, not perfection. Come as you are.
