Post-its in drie kleuren die je al kunt dromen. Steeds diezelfde drie mensen aan het woord. Iemand mompelt "hetzelfde als vorige sprint" en de rest knikt er half afwezig bij. Herkenbaar?

Wij denken dat het anders kan — en dat het begint bij spelletjri spelen. Niet alleen voor de lol (nou ja, ook wel), maar omdat sommige lessen over complexe, verweven systemen bijna niet uit te léggen zijn. Je moet ze vóelen.

Kom een avond meedoen terwijl we de gereedschapskist opentrekken. We simuleren flowproblemen, halen teamdynamiek naar boven die je niet zomaar kunt benoemen, en laten zien waarom de debrief zwaarder telt dan het spel zelf.

We think there's a better way — and it involves playing games. Not for the fun of it (well, also for the fun of it), but because some lessons about complex, interdependent systems are almost impossible to explain your way into. You have to feel them.
