EARLY MORNING HIKE ON SEMINOLE WEKIVA TRAIL

Join fellow hikers (before the heat of the day) at Jones Trailhead. Today's hike is 6 miles on the Seminole Wekiva Trail. Phil will be your Trail Host.

Some hikers may be wearing full backpacks as this hike is provided for those preparing for the Ocala Hike 72 in November through the Ocala National Forest, but everyone is welcome. For more information about the hike in November, talk to your Trail Host.

We'll be starting promptly at 7:05 AM, so give yourself plenty of time to get lost and still be a few minutes early. We'll hike south on the trail to the famous fence paintings by Blake Gardner over the past fifteen years and then back.

Bring your kids and dogs who can do the mileage!
