HIKE AND CAMP IN CHARLES BRONSON STATE FOREST
Details
Joshua Creek Trailhead is in the Charles Bronson State Forest. Most of it has a thick canopy. We're hitting the trail in the afternoon, hiking 3 to 5 miles to camp site #001 or #002.
Plan to carry water as there is no reliable water source. Bring enough water to make dinner and breakfast (The dehydrated meals tell you how much water to use) and 50 - 80 ounces for drinking.
We'll be back to the trailhead before lunch, hiking another 5 to 7 miles (The Loop is 9.5 miles long). The campsite we're staying at has spacious amounts of grass on it. Add comments in this event page to ask questions of gear, what luxuries to bring, etc. Everyone is welcome!
