PADDLE & EAT AT GRILLS ON LAKE FAIRVIEW

It’s time to take to the water for the summer, so cool down with a paddle and dinner.

We'll paddle Lake Fairview in the shallows, meander by homes along the shore in a cove and then back to the launch at the restaurant. Freshen up in the expansive restrooms at Grills and order dinner as a group. Before the sun sets at 8:25, evening colors will reflect across the lake as we finish dinner on the outside deck overlooking Lake Fairview.

Bring your own paddleboard, kayak or canoe.

ATTENTION: If you need a rental kayak, wait to RSVP here until you see a kayak rental number listed. You'll simply call them directly as soon as you sign up here and pay for your kayak. Our provider from years past has retired. The number for the new vendor will appear soon hopefully.

4:00 PM - On the water as close to 4 PM as possible. We'll shove off at 4:15 PM. If you show up after that, launch and follow the shore to the right. You can't miss us. We're exploring the cove past the white sandy bottom and the neighborhood cove just beyond that.

5:45 PM - Back to shore and find tables on outside deck. If you want to join us for dinner only, just as good. We miss your face, Claire.

(IMPORTANT: If you discover later that you can’t attend, please cancel here for others in the Waitlist. Otherwise, follow the instructions above for renting a vessel. Again, there will be no kayaks available at Grills unless you pay prior to the event so that Peace of Mind Rentals can bring a kayak to the beachside for you.)
