Paddling at Chatfield Reservoir Monday 8/18

Who’s up for an evening paddle at Chatfield Reservoir?

The plan is to meet at the fox run parking lot at 5:30pm We’ll shoot to be in the water by 6pm. We’ll paddle for 1.5 to 2 hours mostly near the trees to the right and under the bridge.

There’s usually lots of fowl to see including ducks, geese, pelicans and eagles. And there’s beavers too!

Bring the standard gear (a pfd) and sunscreen and bug spray.

Bring an evening snack to share.

And feel free to bring your favorite beverage too.
