Volunteer Weekend at Nesika

Come help improve our rustic lodge!

We need help replenishing the wood supply, repairing the water system, electrical wiring, installing glass windows, building a work bench, hanging shelves, trail maintenance and cooking. If you have any of these skills, or want to learn them, come out for the weekend.

Or, come enjoy the scenery with good company and hike the nearby trails.

We meet at the main gate on Larch Mountain Road, milepost 10, 9am Saturday June 1st. AWD vehicles can drive in to the lodge, others will carpool from inside the gate.

Bring tools for outdoor work, as well as gloves, eye and ear protection, weatherproof clothes.

Volunteers stay free for the weekend, as well as meals if there is a cook. Otherwise bring a dish-- kitchen facilities are available.

Sorry, no hot showers available until the boiler is repaired.
