Tyee Lodge Open Memorial Weekend

Trails Club's Tyee Lodge will be open Saturday through Monday. Camp outside in your tent or sleep in the dorms.

The kitchen is available for your use. Meals are on your own or potluck with others over the weekend. I will bring eggs from my chickens to share for breakfast on Sunday and Monday.

Please RSVP to the host for day and overnight use.
Day fee-$4, overnight fee-$18 TCO member, $30 guest $18 for child of Guest.

Parking is on the right side of Timberline Road, about one-quarter mile up the road. To get to the lodge, climb the embankment on the north side of Timberline Road. When you get up the embankment, take a left and follow the rope to the lodge. It is about a quarter of a mile hike. There may still be snow on the trail in spots. Snowshoes and micro-spikes are helpful on the trail. (see map in the photos)

If the lot is full, you can park at the ODOT parking area on the south side of Hwy 26, then cross the highway and hike up West Leg Road a little less than a mile. The driveway is on the right. (see map in the photos)

West Leg Road is now open, but the Tyee driveway still has snowbanks up to 18 inches and is not yet accessible.
