TCO Stormy Trails: Spring Basin Trail Cleanup Adventure!

Details

Greetings -

There will be a TCO Stormy Trails Multnomah Basin trail cleanup on Saturday May 24 during the Nesika Open House weekend. Some lightweight cleanup on the following basin trails:
- Cougar Rock
- Franklin Connector trail
- High Water trail
- Basin Cutoff trail
- Ornament Trail

The cleanup will be mostly removing debris from these trails and brushing back the spring weed growth on the trails. If we finish by lunch, there are some interesting points of interest to scout that have been "lost" since the 2017 fire.

I plan to arrive at the E. Larch Mtn gate around 8am Saturday, park at the Basin Cutoff trail junction, and begin brushing on the Basin Cutoff trail. Work will then move to High Water trail then Cougar Rock. Feel free to join!
Bring gloves and safety glasses. I have tools.

No need to sign up, just show up and/or contact me.
