Trails & Tails December Community Dog Walk

Details
It’s time to leash up your pup and lace up your walking shoes! Join us for the Trails & Tails December Community Dog Walk.
This much-loved monthly event is back to bring together dogs and their people to explore some of Charlotte’s most beautiful parks and nature preserves.
ABOUT THE WALK
A two-hour, dog-friendly nature walk at James Boyce Park.
No dog? No problem! All nature enthusiasts and dog lovers are welcome. Please note participating pups should be leashed, friendly and vaccinated.
MEET YOUR HOSTS
The walk will be led by Chad Moore, an outdoor specialist with Mecklenburg County Parks & Recreation.
Volunteers from Friends of Charlotte-Mecklenburg Animal Services (CMAS) will also be on-hand to answer questions about how to donate, foster, adopt and volunteer with CMPD Animal Care & Control.
WHAT TO BRING
Wear your walking shoes, bring poop bags and don’t forget water for you and your pup.
