Valentine’s weekend doesn’t have to be about candles and prix-fixe menus.

This is a free, beginner-friendly outdoor calisthenics session for anyone who wants to move their body, reset a bit, and start the week feeling better — whether you’re single, coupled, or just over Valentine’s entirely.
No gym experience or calisthenics background needed.

What we’ll do:

  • Learn basic calisthenics movements
  • Push-up & pull-up progressions
  • Joint prep & mobility
  • A simple, structured workout you can actually repeat

Who this is for:

  • Beginners to intermediate fitness levels
  • Professionals in their 20s–30s
  • People bored of gyms or random workouts

After the session:
Anyone who wants to is welcome to join JP and the group for a casual coffee or brunch at a nearby café. Totally optional — just a chance to chat, connect, and wind down.

What to expect:

  • 45-60 minute guided session
  • Small group
  • Calm, supportive environment
  • No ego, no pressure

If you enjoy the session, there will be an option to continue with paid group training or coaching — completely optional.
