This is a free, beginner-friendly outdoor calisthenics session for anyone interested in building strength using their own bodyweight.
You don’t need gym experience, special equipment, or prior calisthenics knowledge.

### What we’ll cover:

  • Basic calisthenics movements
  • Push-up and pull-up progressions
  • Joint preparation and mobility
  • How to start training safely and consistently

  • Beginners to intermediate fitness levels
  • Professionals in their 20s–30s
  • People bored of gyms or random workouts

### What to expect:

  • 60–75 minute guided session
  • Small group size
  • Calm, supportive environment
  • No ego, no pressure

Come train, learn the fundamentals, and meet like-minded people.

If you enjoy the session, there will be an option to continue with paid group training or coaching — completely optional.
