This is a free, beginner-friendly outdoor calisthenics session for anyone interested in building strength using their own bodyweight.
You don’t need gym experience, special equipment, or prior calisthenics knowledge.

- Push-up and pull-up progressions
- Joint preparation and mobility
- How to start training safely and consistently

- Beginners to intermediate fitness levels
- Professionals in their 20s–30s
- People bored of gyms or random workouts
### What to expect:
- 60–75 minute guided session
- Small group size
- Calm, supportive environment
- No ego, no pressure

If you enjoy the session, there will be an option to continue with paid group training or coaching — completely optional.
