These sessions are designed to help athletes improve specific aspects of their sprinting whether technical elements or race execution.
Each session will focus on a particular area, with limited numbers to ensure quality , athletes will need to be members .
I’ll be sharing the events via Meetup, so feel free to share the link and invite other. Sessions will run on specific days (mostly Fridays) and are intended to complement your current training, so please check with your coach or training plan as needed.
Each session will be capped at 6 or 8 participants to keep things
