This is a focused, invite-only weekly session is for Club Masters athletes aged 35 and over who want to sprint with structure and improve performance.

Working on :

  • Sprint technique & mechanics
  • Acceleration & top-speed drills
  • Speed endurance & fitness work
  • Injury prevention & warm-up guidance
  • Ages 35+
  • All levels welcome, as long as you’re able to run and commit to improving
  • For those interested in 60m, 100m, 200m relays
  • Competitive athletes & fitness-focused runners .
