This is a focused, invite-only weekly session is for Club Masters athletes aged 35 and over who want to sprint with structure and improve performance.
Working on :
- Sprint technique & mechanics
- Acceleration & top-speed drills
- Speed endurance & fitness work
- Injury prevention & warm-up guidance
- Ages 35+
- All levels welcome, as long as you’re able to run and commit to improving
- For those interested in 60m, 100m, 200m relays
- Competitive athletes & fitness-focused runners .
