This is a focused, **invite-only** weekly session is for Club Masters athletes aged 35 and over who want to sprint with structure and improve performance.

* Sprint technique & mechanics
* Acceleration & top-speed drills
* Speed endurance & fitness work
* Injury prevention & warm-up guidance

* All levels welcome, as long as you’re able to run and commit to improving
* For those interested in 60m, 100m, 200m relays
* Competitive athletes & fitness-focused runners .
