Fundamentals athletics for years 3,4,5,6

Athletics training indoors at Radcliffe School, Wolverton, for those in school years 3,4,5,6.

This is week 1 of 2 for the MMKAC Sportshall competition. They will go round a series of events in small groups and we will record their results. Includes:
Standing Long Jump
Standing Triple Jump
Vertical Jump
Speed Bounce
High Stepper
Javelin and/or Chest Push
2 lap timed run (4 boards)
