Looking for help on how you can manage your anxiety so you can live your live with ease and calm?

Many of us feel anxious when we’re stressed out about difficult situations at work, home, unresolved conflicts, or making important decisions.

Anxiety can be normal in stressful situations but sometimes we feel overwhelmed and it interferes with daily living.

In this workshop we’re explore how anxiety impacts our lives, whether it stems from being in the wrong relationship, profession, feeling disconnected from other people, or feeling the injustices in this world.

We’ll guide you through a meditation to give you tools to deal with anxiety and improve your daily living experience.
