Hello to everyone who likes to take a little walk after work, go to mountains for a couple days..+, try off track adventures, sleep in a tent or hut, tell stories around the campfire !!!

Hello everyone! I'm new to Nelson and I've been told about a day hike into Hacket Hut, so lets go! This 3-4 hour walk can take us to the Whispering Falls (if we can access) and the old disused Chromite Mine which is a loop off the Hacket Track. We can decide on the day which route to take. I have never been but keen to give it try, are you with me? What to Bring: - Good waking shoes - Plenty of fluids - Lunch! - Swimwear as Ive heard there are places to swim. If you need a ride I will can take 4 peeps and I'll be leaving from Stoke however can collect on the way, get in touch if you would like a ride. Make your way to Hacket Track car park via Aniseed Valley road, it doesn't have an address.
