Transcend Tech - Manchester "An Exploration Into Media Streaming Services"

We would like to invite you all to come and celebrate our huge rebrand of The DevOps Battle Royale and come on a journey with us as we Transcend into the world of Tech here in Manchester!

The first event will see us go on "An Exploration Into Media Streaming Services".

With the world seeing more and more amazing streaming services popping up all the time we thought it would be cool to lift up the hood and see what makes these organisations the leaders in their field.

We have a trio of AMAZING talks lined up from:

• Sally Nelson - Director of UK Product Growth at Roku Inc - “Streaming products for the UK audience"
• Mark Ison - Director of Engineering at ITVX - “Video SRE at Scale"
• Dom Foulkes - Online Engineering Manager at Channel4 - “How FAST TV is changing the streaming game: Free channels, no subscriptions”

You can expect hear everything from the technology behind the world cup to launching a new product in a market filled with steep competition and fill in the gaps on the ways of working that make them leaders in their field.
