1.5-2 HRS of deep experience.
A sound healing or sound bath event is an immersive experience where participants relax while listening to therapeutic sound vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and tuning forks. These events are designed to reduce stress, promote deep relaxation, and achieve a state of balance and harmony in the mind and body. Events can be held in various settings, sometimes including unique environments like floating in water, and often require participants to wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket or mat.
