Transformative Breathwork is a modern practices, designed to release emotional blocks, regulate the nervous system and help us reconnect with our authentic self.
This is a fully live guided breathing experience with immersive music and intentional facilitation where the breath becomes a tool to access expanded states of clarity, emotional release, and inner connection.

Adriana Peycheva is a Breathwork facilitator specialized in Transformative Breathwork. Holding a safe space for you throughout your personal journey. Guiding your adventure with grounded and uplifting presence. All you have to do is listen to what your body needs and follow.
✅ Good to know:
● Please arrive 10 minutes earlier so we can start on time
● We kindly ask you to remove your shoes when entering the studio
● Wear comfortable clothes and have light food before the session
