Monday Multi level Drum Group

Join us for a multi level drum class with warmups, games, rhythm lessons and grooving on traditional rhythms from West Africa, Brazil and Cuba. We are here to have fun and learn at the same time. Rhythm is basic education as well as sonic massage. On occasion I tell stories of my life in Percussion with famous masters and unique events.

In my classes, I teach you how to make variations on the theme and put your self into the rhythm. I've been teaching all levels for many years, so I can give you something you can do easily, and something to challenge you at the right time.

DRUMS PROVIDED or bring your own. I bring a variety of percussion as well.

We play at a beautiful and easily accessed location in Sebastopol.

Sometimes I send lesson recaps in video, audio or written form via email.

This is an ongoing group and we play indoors in Winter and outdoors under a covered patio the rest of year. Please dress in layers.
