Djembe and Dun Dun class ongoing

Djembe and dun dun class for people who enjoy the brain and body work of leaning ancient rhythms, drum calls, signals, changes, and solos. We often start and end with improvisation. I give warm up games, technique builders, a rhythm lesson and drum music and history from my master teachers Abdoulaye Diakite, Karamba Diabate, and Mamady Keita. Many people can join this class right away if they are motivated, I tailor the class to the participants. Class is on going and held in Sebastopol CA. Many drums provided or bring your own. We will play every week thru July 7th and then take a break till late August.
