Join us for a transformative **two-hour workshop** designed to guide you into deep release and renewal.

Yoga Instructor, Ashley Day, will lead you through **restorative yoga** to gently open the heart chakra, soften the body, and prepare the nervous system for somatic exploration.

Breathwork Facilitator, FJ Carleo, will then guide you into **somatic and holotropic breathwork** — a powerful practice that unlocks stored emotions, expands awareness, and connects you to your inner wisdom.

This experience weaves together mindful movement, breath, and presence to help you let go of what no longer serves and step back into balance.
