Join us for Sunday Morning DOSE, a FREE community class led by Ashley Day, hosted at YogaSix in Overland Park!
We will flow through our Y6 Signature Series at a heated 85°, set to upbeat music designed to spark that dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin + endorphins, leaving you energized, connected, and glowing for the week ahead!
Open to all levels - bring your yoga mat and a friend!
