Spirit Unplugged: Transformational Breath Work w/ 26 Sound Bowls, Chimes, Horns and Essential Oils

This Pranasana Yoga Playshop will be channeled pursuant to the call of Spirit. This type of Breathwork goes way beyond laying on the floor and breathing. Multiple types of breath work are used. Chakras will be cleaned, emotions will be processed and your mind will be left with its pure potential. Pranasana Yoga is the Yoga of Energy Work on the Light Body!!! Major meridians are stimulated. Sitting and standing poses are included. Foot meridian pads are used. Essential oils are put on hands and in a diffuser. And, finally, extensive emotional freedom techniques are used as both questions and affirmations for clearing, cleaning and expanding emotions and consciousness.

Every session will include RESET work on the following topics: self love, self-worth, self-esteem, forgiveness of self, forgiveness of others, loving kindness to all beings, personal creation, Divine expression, Divine union, healthy diet, childhood emotional cleansing, codependency clearing, etc. A main focus will be used each week with many additional pieces added for clearing.
