This Pranasana Yoga series will facilitate 5d awareness and embodiment. The combination of methods in these practices will activate the full light body and allow for rapid cultivation of life force energy/CHI/QI into the body/mind/heart. This process of opening light body and infusing it with LIFE FORCE ENERGY will rapidly open the heart and expand consciousness which leads to inner healing/transformation. This type of yoga will stimulate meridians, chakras and ALL cells and atoms of the body. Multiple types of breath work, mudras, mantras, affirmations, EFT, movements, meditations and visualizations will be experienced. The body will ignite and each person will feel a surge of ELECTRO/MAGNETIC GOD ENERGY FLOW as they ignite, release and imprint higher frequencies!!!

Love and Gratitude are the fundamental energies for growth, awareness and healing.
