This event is all about slowing down, connecting with your body, and creating space to release whatever you’ve been carrying - stress, old emotions, or just that general heaviness we sometimes can’t name.
We’ll start with a gentle yoga flow - lots of grounding poses, soft stretches, and heart-openers - to help you settle into your body and quiet your mind. No experience needed, everyone is welcome to join.
Then we’ll move into Conscious Connected Breathwork - a guided breathing practice that helps bring up and release stuck emotions or tension that may have been sitting in your system for a long time. It can be powerful, emotional, and incredibly freeing.

🧘♀️ What to bring:
- A yoga mat
- Water
- An optional journal for anything that comes up
- And most importantly, yourself- just as you are
📍 Where: Drunken Trees (3 min walk from Palau Alameda Metro)
🕓 When: 18:00 – 19:30
⚠️ Please avoid eating a heavy meal or drinking coffee for about 2 hours before the session.
