Breath is one of the oldest tools we have.
Long before modern psychology, ancient traditions understood that the way we breathe shapes the way we feel, think, and move through the world. Conscious breathwork invites you to use that tool deliberately, to access deeper states of awareness, release what has been held for too long, and return to yourself.
The effects of a single session can be profound. Over time, regular practice has been shown to reduce stress, anxiety, and depression, increase energy, clarity, and presence, improve sleep quality, release stuck emotions and stored tension, and support the body's natural process of letting go.
But more than any list of benefits, what most people notice first is simply this: they feel more like themselves again.

This session is offered on a donation basis. At the end, you are welcome to contribute whatever feels right and true for you, no more, no less.
