It's mental health awareness week. Let's talk about something most people are going through- It's Stress!!!

Let's find ways to reduce it together. Come and join me in person at Anytime Fitness Pukekohe this week on the 16th at 5.30 PM.
I will be discussing techniques and tools to manage stress that you can use in your everyday life. You will walk away with a wealth of knowledge and workable solutions to live a more balanced life.

This free 45-minute session is open to both members and non-members of Anytime Fitness to provide an interactive and uplifting experience for anyone feeling stressed.
