What we’re about

Hello DBT enthusiasts.  I am very pleased to be your new organizer.  My name is Julie Hayden MSW,RSW and I have been working with those who struggle with emotion dysregulation for many years.  As someone with lived experience in addition to a social work degree I know that DBT skills really work.   I have a DBT program running through an organization called Dialectical Living.   I am looking forward to meeting you.  We have many options for both beginners and advanced DBT'ers, and we have a free group for those who have already taken a 12+ DBT program within the last 2 years called Coping with Covid using DBT skills.  You can sign up here for that group provided you meet the criteria: http://www.dialecticalliving.ca/free-dbt-support-group/  We have a 12 and 24 week core online DBT program running for those who are looking to do a DBT program.  We have a family group called Compassion in Chaos running once per week.  Check out dialecticalliving.ca for more info.  Also check out our School of DBT where you can find online do at your own pace courses. http://www.dialecticalliving.ca/school-of-dbt/   We have a DBT Colouring book coming soon.  We have a mini skills reminder booklet "DBT Flippies" on amazon.  Carry around a reminder or put in your distress tolerance box!
