What to Expect: Typically, there are 2-3 rounds of guided meditation and Vortex Healing® combined.
In each round, Simon and Joel work together. Joel guides the meditation with words, creating trance. And Simon channels the VortexHealing® Divine energies.

During the group healing I will introduce the many different healing frequencies to your system starting with: deep relaxation, energizing, healing structures, then the very profound core healing.
